The Rules are Simple...
  1. Pick your day to do the challenge, then for those 24 hours do NOT eat any milk, egg, soy, wheat, peanut, tree nut, shellfish or fish products (read ingredient panels and you'll be surprised how many times the Top 8 will pop up where you least expect it!)
  2. Create an individual or team fundraising page to raise funds for ausEE leading up to your chosen "challenge day" or you can just take the challenge and make your own donation to our cause.
  3. If you are Under 18 years of age please complete our Under 18's Permission Form first and then you can ask your family and friends to sponsor you by creating your own Fundraising Page or downloading a copy of our Top 8 Challenge Pledge Form.
  4. This challenge is also about raising AWARENESS so please tell people what you are doing and why - you can download our Top 8 Poster and help spread the word!
